You will provide a valuable PA service to Senior Directors and will be responsible for supporting Senior Directors with diary management; travel bookings; event and meeting organisation, both internally and externally; schedule and document production; and minute taking. You should be prepared to offer support to the broader administration team providing cover for administrative/secretarial duties as required as well as supporting financial management and invoice process management.
