You will be responsible for day to day line management of our reception and secretarial team and should be prepared to get involved in; document production; invoice process management; supporting financial management; event organising; travel booking; diary management; liaising with external couriers and suppliers; carrying out inductions and training; as well as providing cover for administrative/secretarial duties. You will provide a valuable PA service to the Business Unit Head as well as providing admin support across our southern teams.
