Flexibility and reward

We work flexibly to best serve our clients and achieve good life balance.

Our offices are our normal place of work and collaboration.  This is important for our development and shared thinking.

We encourage smart working.  Informal flexibilities include flexible hours, location and dress code.

Co-owners make the most of our flexibilities whilst remaining available to clients and accountable and supportive to each other.

Senior Planner Craig Slack talks about what he enjoys most about working for Turley in this short video:

Learning and development

Co-owners deserve the best line management and learning and development experience.

We operate graduate development, leadership development and enhanced line manager programmes.  We support the Continued Professional Development of our professionals.  These  develop the individual skills and behaviours we need to support our flourishing.

Our mentoring programme is available to all co-owners.  It provides opportunity for both mentors and mentees to engage in continuous learning. We create partnerships which further support connections across the company.

Each year we create a bespoke training calendar to support individual career aspirations and personal development.

We are proud to have been awarded the prestigious ‘Learning Partner’ status by the RTPI for our comprehensive training and professional development programme. This reflects our high standards in recruiting the best people and providing first class training and support.

Reward

Our remuneration packages are excellent with competitive market salaries, non-contributory pension, ownership dividend, performance-related discretionary bonus, travel allowance, 25 to 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays), enhanced maternity and shared parental leave pay, wellbeing allowance and flexible benefits.

We create an inclusive environment.  We believe that people perform better at work when they can be themselves. We monitor and value diversity.

In 2016 we launched our inclusion and diversity group, Embrace. A place where people can be their authentic selves.
