NPPF2: Here we go again
On 24 July the revised version of the National Planning Policy Framework was published by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
A raft of new documents are available including the NPPF and PPG, along with guidance on the Housing Delivery Test, Viability and Housing and Economic Needs Assessment.
