Collaborating on public sector delivery
Our role
- We have advised Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Services in relation to a number of projects.
- This has included leading on the submission of a full planning application for a new community fire station and training facility at Holywell Park Southam to include a ‘fire house’ and road collision simulators. We led on pre-application discussions and engagement with local stakeholder groups, and co-ordinated multidisciplinary teams to enable the submission of a robust and comprehensive planning application.
- At the Leamington Spa HQ, we advised on proposed alterations and improvements to the retained facilities, including advice on planning and conservation area issues.
Results
- We successfully managed the planning process, including negotiation on mitigation and planning conditions to enable timely and deliverable planning consents.
