Our role
- The development will provide 13 new homes on the site of a former elderly persons home within Welwyn Garden City. The homes will be located in a highly sustainable location, making efficient use of the vacant previously developed site.
- Turley provided planning services including the preparation and submission of the reserved matters application.
- Turley continue to work with Herts Living Ltd on the project on the discharge of planning conditions on both the outline and reserved matters applications.
Results
- Turley provided a comprehensive planning service throughout the entirety of the project, from early design development through to the determination of the application.
