Our annual company conference is one of the opportunities we take to say “thank you” to co-owners.

We offer competitive salaries, 25-30 days’ leave in addition to statutory bank and public holidays. Co-owners can buy and sell up to 5 days holiday a year.

We also offer a wide range of flexible benefits. These include private medical insurance, interest free season ticket loans, childcare vouchers and a wellbeing allowance.

We operate a share option scheme for those who contribute to the company over the longer term. A co-owner dividend (profit share) is paid tax free to all co-owners each year.

Learning and development

Co-owners deserve the best line management and learning and development experience.

We operate graduate development, leadership development and enhanced line manager programmes. We support the Continued Professional Development of our professionals. These develop the individual skills and behaviours we need to support our flourishing.

Our mentoring programme is available to all co-owners. It provides opportunity for both mentors and mentees to engage in continuous learning. We create partnerships which further support connections across the company.

Each year we create a bespoke training calendar to support individual career aspirations and personal development.
