Join our team as a Senior Planner and work on stretching and prestigious projects. Our presence in the East and South East of England is established and growing.

We are looking for a Senior Planner to be based in Cambridge working across varied projects, including major residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. We have an outstanding reputation for providing the highest standards of service to high profile clients, including major land owners, respected property developers, multi-sector housebuilders and commercial and industrial developers. About the role

Here are some of the things you can expect to do in this role: 

As a Senior Planner you will:

  • Undertake a supporting role within major and complex projects or lead role on smaller projects in conjunction with others; 
  • Develop your networks and approach to work winning;
  • Actively support the leadership team and make an effective contribution to the business unit;
  • Be supported to develop and grow professionally;
  • Be part of a dynamic, supportive and well established Planning team. 

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Highly-motivated and dedicated with the ability to think strategically and to work with our team to further develop our business. 
  • Someone who brings energy, ideas, and positivity
  • Developing experience of winning new work as a Senior Planner and demonstrable experience of winning new work at Associate Director level. 
  • Developed strong relationships within your network of clients and contacts.
  • A proven track record on advising on major and complex projects 
  • A team player, one who enjoys collaborating and takes pride in developing others
  • MRTPI qualified.
