We are the leading national planning consultancy in Northern Ireland.
Our work embraces major public and private sector regeneration, renewable energy, residential development, retail, transportation infrastructure, education, health and asset management.
In April 2015 the majority of planning powers were transferred to our 11 new local authorities – the biggest shake up in Northern Ireland planning for a generation. To mark the first anniversary of the changes, we have set ourselves 12 planning New Year’s resolutions, formed from our own insights and practice. To learn more about them, click here to watch our Planning New Year video. To watch a 30-second introduction to each of the resolutions, click on any of our team’s photos in ‘Meet the Team’ section below.
We will shortly be publishing the results of extensive research which we have undertaken, analysing every determination decision under the new planning system to identify patterns and differences between the new local authorities. To receive copies when published, please register your interest here.
We have been involved in some of the highest profile projects in Northern Ireland, including theTitanic Quarter and Maze Long Kesh. Our work has been recognized in an RTPI/RSPB Sustainable Planning Award for regeneration and we have been shortlisted for the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence.
