Turley announces senior leadership growth as part of December promotions
We have announced a new Senior Director and three new Directors, as part of 16 promotions across our UK and Ireland teams.
Andy Ricketts has been promoted to Senior Director in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) team, strengthening our EIA leadership across the UK and Ireland. Andy will focus on the continued growth of the 14-strong team and our work across Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
In our Planning service, Donna Brearley and Fiona Lee-McQueen step into the role of Director. Based in the South East, Donna has been with the business since the opening of our Reading office in 2015. She is an integral part of the team and in her new role, following maternity leave, will continue her excellent work leading on large scale residential and new settlement work. As part of the Midlands Planning team, Fiona is a trusted advisor to a number of key house builders and promoters active in the strategic residential market. Fiona’s remit will include continuing to grow our strategic residential offer across the West and East Midlands, with a focus on appeal and local plan expert witness work.
Christian Webb has also been promoted to Director, Head of Creative Design in the Central team. As well as overseeing our corporate visual identity, he leads a talented team that delivers creative design work for clients in collaboration with our other services.
The latest promotions also include emerging talent across the business.
- Alice Hollingsworth, Alice Jones, John Bronte, Nick Salt and Peter Hayward have been promoted to Associate Director roles across Planning and Strategic Communications services
- Daniel Hilliard, Harry Best-Shaw and Jenny Payne step into senior consultancy roles across Design, Heritage, Townscape & Landscape and Planning services
- Marta Astudillo has been promoted to Consultant in the Economics service
- Melissa Lee and Thomas Feild have been promoted to Planner

These latest promotions serve to enhance our breadth of expertise across our eight services and underscore our commitment to shaping a more sustainable future.

Stephen Bell, Chief Executive, said:
“Turley’s vision is for our exceptional people to make an extraordinary impact. We see our impact through the places we help create and the sustainable futures we shape, and we couldn’t do this without our accomplished co-owners. These promotions reflect the enormous talent across the business and it’s fantastic to be able to recognise individual achievement whilst strengthening our services.”
