Office/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office/Administrative Assistant to join a proactive team in our busy planning consultancy office in Belfast.


Turley is a vibrant and progressive consultancy. Our people are engaged co-owners of our company. You will provide support to a diverse team and work closely with the Office Manager.

The role involves providing a professional, efficient and reliable support service to the Office Manager and the Belfast office including:

  •  managing incoming/outgoing post, record keeping and electronic file management
  • document preparation and production
  • answering phones - dealing with client enquiries/taking messages
  • servicing meetings - welcoming clients/providing  refreshments
  • data entry and analysis
  • event organisation and diary management, including travel and meeting arrangements
  • a broad range of general administration duties

The ideal candidate will be flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude and is always two steps ahead. You will have experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment. Your administrative skills should be at a high level and cover a wide range of experiences, as quick decision making and efficiency of working is required in order to be able to meet key deadlines, often at short notice.

You should demonstrate an ability to work proactively and in teams; strong communication skills, an attention to detail and an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.
