Turley has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager based in our Edinburgh office, to manage the delivery of an excellent administrative and secretarial service and support the office leadership team.
Each day will bring different challenges working in a fast paced environment, providing a valuable PA service to Directors in Scotland as well as providing admin support to our Edinburgh and Glasgow teams.
You will be responsible for reception and secretarial tasks and should be prepared to get involved in document production; monthly invoicing; supporting financial management and preparing for audits; event organising; travel booking; diary management; liaising with external couriers and suppliers; carrying out inductions and training; as well as providing administrative/secretarial support.
Your administrative and organisational skills should be at a high level and cover a wide range of experience, such as decision making, efficiency of working to meet deadlines and use of accounting systems for raising monthly invoices. You will have good experience in this kind of role, ideally in a professional services environment or similar. You should be proactive and be able to demonstrate an ability to work independently, but also as part of the Turley Scotland team. Strong communication skills and an ability to manage your own workload will be important. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of preparing invoices are essential.
