Our live projects include a championship-standard golf club to support a Ryder Cup bid, major logistics hubs, thousands of new homes, and city centre commercial and living schemes across all the core cities. We are at the forefront of the planning agenda.
We are seeking senior planning professionals in each of these offices, at Director and Associate Director level. The opportunities can be shaped for the right person, with the ability to operate across the north of England and leadership responsibilities tailored to fit. You will be supported by a large and highly talented team, and will work closely with our complementary services (design, economics, sustainability, heritage and strategic communications).
You will be experienced in promoting development through the English planning system at a senior level and will have a track record in profile raising and work winning in the private sector. Enthusiasm, self-motivation and an appetite to develop others are pre-requisites.
