We are pleased to announce that Steve Kosky has been appointed as a Director for our new Cambridge and the East venture.
Steve arrives with over 25 years’ experience, the last 12 of which have been with Barton Willmore where he is currently a Director in the Cambridge office. Steve brings a wealth of experience in strategic residential promotion, energy, infrastructure and development management.
The new Turley presence is intended to serve the growth region from Oxford through Milton Keynes to Cambridge and extending into Essex – linked to existing Turley teams in Reading and London.
Our breadth of services will focus upon:
- Residential promotion – strategic and sub-regional scale
- Mixed use, urban planning
- Higher education sector
- Heritage and design opportunities
- Employment growth, driven by office, hybrid and logistic uses
- Shaping Better Places – our placemaking service
We plan to be seen and successful as a different, alternative and competitive offer to that of the established professional services firms.
Cambridge and Eastern Region is Turley’s 13th office and fulfils a business strategy of being represented in all regions and jurisdictions of the UK.
